Drywall FAQs
Will there be a lot of dust?
We use plastic, floor protection, and dust control practices, and we clean up daily. Some fine dust is normal, but we keep it as contained as possible.
Can you match my existing texture?
We can usually get very close—especially with knockdown and orange peel. We blend repairs into existing areas to avoid obvious patches.
Do you handle priming and paint?
We typically handle primer and get surfaces paint-ready. We can coordinate paint in some scopes or work with your painter.
How long does the process take?
Drywall is done in stages (hang, tape, multiple coats, sanding, primer). Small repairs might be a day or two; full rooms and basements take longer.
Can you fix cracks that keep coming back?
We look at movement or framing issues first, then repair with proper backing and taping to give the fix the best chance of holding.
