How accurate is the estimate compared to the final price?
Because we measure in person and walk through material choices with you before writing the estimate, the number we give you is meant to hold—not balloon once work starts. Any changes you request along the way are priced separately and approved by you first.
How soon can work start after I approve the estimate?
