We start with a free, no-pressure consultation at your home. We'll discuss your vision, assess your space, answer questions, and provide initial guidance on your project. This typically takes 30-60 minutes.

What to expect: We'll take measurements, discuss your goals, and explain the process. No sales pressure—just honest conversation about your project.

Detailed Written Estimate

Within a few days, you'll receive a detailed written estimate that includes:

• Complete scope of work
• Material selections and specifications
• Project timeline
• Payment schedule
• Warranty information

No hidden fees or surprises. Everything is clearly outlined so you know exactly what's included.

Design & Material Selection

Once you approve the estimate, we'll help you select materials, fixtures, and finishes. We can guide you through options or work with your existing selections.

Note: Homeowner-supplied materials have zero warranty. Materials we supply come with manufacturer warranties and our workmanship warranty.

Project Timeline & Scheduling

We'll provide a clear project timeline and schedule your project start date. Current start dates are typically 4-6 weeks out, depending on project scope and our schedule.

We'll keep you informed of any schedule changes and work to minimize disruption to your daily life.

Construction Phase

During construction, you can expect:

• Clean, protected job sites: Floors covered, dust contained, daily cleanup
• Direct communication: You talk directly with the person doing the work
• Regular updates: We keep you informed of progress
• Respect for your home: We treat your home like it's ours

Final Walkthrough & Completion

When the project is complete, we'll do a final walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. We'll address any questions or concerns and make sure you're completely satisfied.

You'll receive warranty information and documentation for all materials and workmanship.
