Lifetime Warranty
All tub and shower systems provided by EZ Remodeling come with a lifetime warranty. This covers defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.
🔧 Workmanship Warranty
1 Year Warranty
All work performed by EZ Remodeling is covered by a 1-year workmanship warranty from the date of project completion. This covers issues related to installation, craftsmanship, and work performed by our team.
📦 Manufacturer Warranties
Varies by Product
All materials and products we supply (excluding EME systems) are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. We'll provide warranty information for all materials at project completion.
⚠️ Homeowner-Supplied Materials
Zero Warranty
Materials supplied by the homeowner have zero warranty whatsoever. This includes any materials, fixtures, or products that you purchase and provide for the project. We cannot warranty materials we did not supply.
What's Covered
- Workmanship Issues: Problems with installation, craftsmanship, or work performed by EZ Remodeling (1-year warranty)
- EME Systems: Defects in EME tub and shower systems we provide (lifetime warranty)
- Manufacturer Defects: Defects in materials we supply, covered by manufacturer warranties
What's Not Covered
- Homeowner-Supplied Materials: Any materials, fixtures, or products supplied by the homeowner (zero warranty)
- Normal Wear and Tear: Expected wear from normal use
- Damage from Abuse or Neglect: Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance
- Damage by Others: Damage caused by third parties or unrelated events
- Moisture Events: Damage from moisture events unrelated to our work
- Modifications: Issues resulting from modifications made after project completion
